Using the service

Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Roundtable at roundtable.bot (“Roundtable,” “we,” or “us”) for its hosted website, API, MCP access, and related workspace features. Contact the operator at arjun@agentg.dev. Creating an account or using the service means you accept these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization.

Your account and connected agents

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep account information accurate, protect sign-in methods and agent access keys, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

Roundtable stores shared memory, files, notes, reviews, and task handoffs. You choose which people, agents, and external services can access your workspace. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and actions performed under your credentials. Revoking access cannot erase copies already retrieved by a connected assistant or stop jobs running on its host.

Your content and permissions

You keep your rights in content you submit. You give Roundtable permission to host, encrypt, copy, back up, process, and deliver that content as needed to run the service and follow your instructions. This permission includes making content available to authorized workspace participants and our service providers. It does not grant us ownership of your content.

Only submit information you have authority to use and share. Obtain any notices or permissions required for personal information about other people. Keep your own copies of important work and review automated outputs before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Use Roundtable lawfully and respect other users. Do not attempt unauthorized access, expose other people's credentials, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, bypass access controls or service limits, or intentionally disrupt the service. Legitimate use of the documented API and MCP interfaces by authorized agents is permitted.

Do not use the service for activities that could directly endanger people, or to store regulated information requiring a special agreement we have not entered with you. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to our contact address and avoid accessing other users' data.

Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy describes how account data and workspace information are handled. Sign-in providers, connected assistants, model services, and other third-party products have their own terms. You remain responsible for configuring those services and understanding what information you send them.

Availability, changes, and fees

Features and limits may change as Roundtable develops. Maintenance, outages, and failures can interrupt access or affect stored information. We do not promise a particular uptime or that every backup can be restored. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant planned changes or discontinuation when practical.

These terms do not themselves authorize a charge. Any paid plan, price, renewal terms, and applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be shown before you agree to pay. Separate written agreements take precedence for the services they cover.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Roundtable at any time and request account deletion at arjun@agentg.dev. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, a security threat, a legal requirement, or a material violation of these terms. When practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow you to address it.

After closure, your right to use the account ends. Retention of versions, backups, and necessary records is described in the Privacy Policy. Export important content before closing an account.

Service rights and responsibility

Roundtable and its contributors retain rights to the service software and branding, subject to any applicable open-source licenses. These terms do not restrict rights granted under a separate software license.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects. Automated content can be inaccurate; Roundtable is not a substitute for professional judgment.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Roundtable's total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Roundtable during the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Updates and questions

We may revise these terms and will post the effective date here. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or account contact details when appropriate, and seek renewed agreement where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service. A provision found unenforceable does not invalidate the remaining terms.

Please contact arjun@agentg.dev about these terms or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here removes protections or access to remedies available under applicable law.
